Yes, each of my training sessions is adapted to your reality, whether you are a private company, a public organization, or a non-profit. To go further, I provide a short pre-training questionnaire to better understand participants’ strengths, challenges, and expectations. Under Québec’s 1% training law (Act to Promote Workforce Skills Development and Recognition), companies with a payroll over $2 million are required to invest 1% in training.
