Mylène Deneault is a trainer, coach, and speaker specializing in customer experience at Kontakk – Expertise-conseil, the company she founded to help businesses and organizations optimize both customer experience and employee experience.

With more than 25 years of experience in tourism, communications, and training, along with her valuable Disney background, she supports organizations looking to build high-impact strategies in staff development, skills enhancement, and overall experience improvement. Her signature approach: bringing the human touch back to every interaction… with a little bit of magic.

A very fulfilling career!

Au fil de sa carrière, Mylène a occupé des postes stratégiques, notamment celui de spécialiste principale en développement de produits chez Destination Canada, où elle a dirigé des projets phares en tourisme culinaire et hivernal.

Throughout her career, Mylène has held several strategic roles, including Senior Product Development Specialist at Destination Canada, where she led flagship projects in culinary and winter tourism. She also coordinated funding initiatives for the Canadian Tourism HR Council and taught for eight years at Collège Mérici. At Parks Canada, she served as Senior Marketing Specialist, contributing to national programs and Centennial celebrations.

Alumni of the world-renowned Disney Institute, Mylène also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from University of Ottawa and a Master’s degree in Hospitalty & Tourism from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières.
